We have a wide variety of new modular and manufactured homes for sale, all priced to fit your budget. Our homes come with a variety of features and amenities to meet your needs.

Do you need housing to serve your clients in your non-profit or your senior living or other similar type of business?  We offer a number of different solutions depending on budget and need.  In addition to single family homes, we offer duplexes, townhomes, and conversion of larger homes into 5-7 bedroom with private bath suites.

Do you need a place for your parents or an adult child, but you want your own space?  Do you want to generate some extra income by renting out a small home?  We have some smaller floor plans for one and two-bedroom homes to choose from for this purpose.  You will need to ensure that this is something that is permitted according to your zoning department.  We will work together to help you find the right solution.

We will work with manufactured home community owners to help them in-fill their parks or remove older/tear-down homes and replace with new homes.  As we grow, we will also offer to buy, rehab, and help you sell distressed homes that are in need of repair.
